On the large and medium pillows the inner liner has baffles to prevent excessive shifting of the hulls. The outer liner is comfortable cotton to aid in pillow softness and to add another layer of separation between you and the filling. A great deal of craftsmanship goes into these high quality liners. We also provide a custom fit, gray pillow case made from 100% cotton with every pillow.
